Randy Connell brings 28 years of business experience with him into his real estate career. Randy was in the retail industry where he spent a majority of his time in an executive management role. He has experience in multi-unit management as well as retail site selection and investment real estate. He is known for his strong ethics, trustworthiness, problem solving, and people skills. Randy’s extensive background in the customer service industry gives him the ability to work through all types of situations and he always puts his clients first. He has a Bachelors degree in Marketing from Texas Tech University, and specializes in general commercial real estate. His wife Jaime Connell is also a realtor specializing in residential sales.

After living in the Cypress area for over a decade, Scott is familiar with the market and hidden gem neighborhoods he eagerly lends this expertise to his buyers and sellers. Scott plans to meet the varying needs of clients whether they are looking to upsize, downsize, or relocate within the greater Houston area. Prior to launching his real estate career, Scott worked as an Account Manager and Consultant for twenty plus years in the Oil & Gas industry where he honed his skills negotiating pricing, creating workflow plans for deliverables, and then managing Project Teams to ensure client satisfaction. Scott says, Even though I am a new agent, my many years of experience have prepared me well for a career as a realtor.
