Rhonda graduated from The University of Houston with a Masters of Business Administration and also received a Bachelors Degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin. She is a proud Longhorn and Kappa Delta alumni. She also graduated from local Jersey Village High School. Prior to a career in Real Estate, she worked at Arthur Andersen and Hewlett Packard as a Financial Analyst.


In addition to being a busy mother of two daughters, Rhonda also enjoys reading and traveling. Above all, she strives for her work to honor God.

My real estate career began after attending Champions School of Real Estate and obtaining my license in January 2015. Additionally, she has a love for Real Estate and Architecture which developed at a young age. Over time, Jess has acquired a keen eye for the aesthetics of all things Art and Architecture – which will serve her well as a real estate. Ms. Thompson understands that the real estate transaction is so much more than buying and selling houses but creating a home and is committed to her client's long term vision. Having experience with drafting programs such as AutoCad, she is truly aware of the ergonomics of a great home.
