I am not only a realtor, but also a real estate investor with experience in single family residential properties. I served for two years as the facilitator of the Women in Real Estate focus group for the Realty Investors Club of Houston.

Prior to being a realtor, I worked as a Certified Public Accountant in a corporate environment for 14 years. I understand how important a house is as an investment and a home. A home is typically the largest purchase you will make, and I can help you understand different financing decisions.

I am a native Houstonian and have never lived outside of the Greater Houston area. Born and raised in Clear Lake, I have also lived in and am very familiar with Montrose, Midtown, Pearland, the Heights, and the Galleria area. I have a vacation property in Galveston and have also helped several Buyers and Sellers in Galveston County.

Deborah Aubert is a warm and caring licensed real estate agent in the Houston, Texas area. Born and raised in Northwest Houston, Kathy is a proud mom of three outgoing children and an equally rambunctious corgi. She received her bachelor's degree in marketing from Texas A&M University and worked in sales, category management, and advertising before making a career move into real estate. Kathy is passionate about guiding her clients smoothly on the home buying and selling journey, while cracking a few jokes along the way.
