Much of James' 30 year career was not spent in real estate, but in the offshore oil and gas industry. He was an engineering consultant who managed subsea control systems for projects in the Gulf of Mexico that ranged up to $6 billion. His attention to detail, ability to see the big picture, and manage multiple vendors gives him an experience that you will not find in many agents. He brings an analytical aspect to real estate that gives his clients confidence in pricing their home to sell at the top end of the market on every transaction.

James is a graduate of Texas A&M University. A father of three children and married since 2001, James and his wife, Becky, have lived in the NW Houston area since 2002.

After living in the Cypress area for over a decade, Scott is familiar with the market and hidden gem neighborhoods he eagerly lends this expertise to his buyers and sellers. Prior to launching his real estate career, Scott worked as an Account Manager and Consultant for twenty plus years in the Oil & Gas industry where he honed his skills negotiating pricing, creating workflow plans for deliverables, and then managing Project Teams to ensure client satisfaction. Scott says, Even though I am a new agent, my many years of experience have prepared me well for a career as a realtor. I am committed to working for my clients through the entire process of buying or selling a home. In his free time, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He likes hunting, fishing, playing golf and mostly cheering on his kids in their sporting activities. Scott is passionate about giving back to his community. He currently serves as a Parent Representative for the Cypress Fairbanks Independent School District's FFA Program, and he previously served for two years as President of the Cypress Ridge High School Athletic Booster Club.
