I am a native Texan with roots in both Beaumont & Austin. I graduated from Texas State University where I studied Psychology, Dance & Business with the opportunity to be a part of the Strutter Dance Team & Delta Zeta Sorority. After college I was privileged to work as a drill team director in the midst of starting a family with my husband, Scott. We have 3 kids & 1 Goldendoodle. I started my real estate career in 2005, and I love to serve my clients during the home-buying & selling process. There are many choices and opinions coming at the home buyer that can be stressful. Being an easygoing yet decisive person who is focused on what is best for my client, my goal is to make this process enjoyable. I love to help people, this is what makes real estate exciting to me. My years as a realtor, have taught me valuable lessons about this industry. Most importantly, no real estate deal is ever the same….While I have methods and standards that make each transaction flow more smoothly, there is no formula that guarantees perfection. Being able to calmly and decisively work through issues that arise is key & this is something I do very well! My challenge to myself is to be set apart as a Realtor. I have years of work experience in real estate Administration, Management and Accounting. I have worked in Appraisal and Property Management for commercial real estate and Accounting and Sales for residential real estate. My position as a senior and managing administrator provided for management, executive oversight and implementation of the real estate business administrative functions required by my employers. Oversight of the Texas and Central U.S. allowed me to interact with some the largest real estate institutional clients in the U.S. I have worked closely with the following client types: financial institutions, insurance companies, law firms, governmental entities, developers, private property owners, and many Fortune 500 companies active in the U.S. and institutional international clients active outside the U.S. I have lengthy experience of interacting with real estate professionals and institutional accounts at the highest level. I have always been found to be honest and having the utmost integrity and professionalism.

Team Manager for the Ellis-Nabors team, Karen serves as the hub that makes the team function smoothly and efficiently in the office. She is a licensed agent, and with her 10-year background in Human Resources and 3 years in Property Management this enables her to interact with clients in a professional, yet congenial manner. Karen, a native Houstonian and her family have lived in Cypress since 1995 and when she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband of over 30 years, dreaming of interior decorating and reading. She has two grown children, Ashley, an escrow officer in the Houston and Mason, a Project Manager at a commercial construction company in Houston.

Nieda Banks moved to Houston, Texas over 19 years ago from Tulsa, Oklahoma and has since called Houston home. Prior to becoming a Realtor she worked in the medical industry as a Surgical Technologist.That experience taught her the importance of being knowledgable, precise and leaving no room for error when it comes to making home buying decisions for her clients.
