Hattie offers 11 years Real Estate experience with a Sales and Marketing background and a Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative, New Home Construction Specialist and Experienced Listing Agent. She became involved with her family Real Estate business in 2009 and purchased her first property. In 2013 she began managing long term rental properties. In 2016, Hattie moved to Houston from the UK. She has helped many people buy, sell and lease in the Houston area. She is experienced and knowledgeable and passionate about helping people build wealth through Real Estate. Hattie uses effective questioning to truly understand her Clients' needs and provide relevant options. Hattie became licensed in the great State of Texas in 2019. As an Expat, she understands the challenges of moving overseas so is a great match for relocators as well as first time home buyers. Hattie absolutely loves our thriving City of Houston - her areas of speciality are Cypress, The Woodlands/Spring & The Heights - as she has lived in each of these neighborhoods, although she is quick to gain knowledge and happy to assist in other areas. A little about Tony, before real estate, he worked for a company providing networking for a lot of businesses all over the Houston area allowing him the opportunity to learn not just the areas of Houston but also learning of the many different communities this big city has to offer. Having the ability to be bilingual has allowed him to better interact with these different communities and greatly expanded the understanding of the Houston environment. As a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, it is very important to Tony to carry out everything he does with discipline and integrity in order to help make one of the most important purchases of your life.
