My name is Leigh Beard and I grew up Corpus Christi but have lived in the Houston/Cypress area since 2005. I've been working in Real Estate since 2017 and have loved every second of it. My only regret is not transitioning sooner. My first year I was named Rookie of the year and since then have been a Million Dollar Top Producer each year. I have worked with clients in almost every Houston Metro including Cypress, Katy, Spring, Conroe, Willis, Sugarland Missouri City, Brenham, The Heights, Tomball, Humble, Richmond and Pearland to name a few.

Buying a home is such a huge blessing but I also understand it can be stressful as well. I am here to walk each and every client through the process no matter if they are first time or seasoned home buyers/sellers. Knowledge, communication, respect and personal connection is key to successful closings and is very meaningful to all of my clients. Referrals and repeat clients is my Real Estate Love Language.

In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my family and friends. I love volunteering with my church, trying new restaurants, going to concerts and comedy shows as well as visiting Houston Zoo. As a daughter in a Naval family that moved many times, Colleen Hawkins can totally relate to families and individuals relocating from other locales, whether from coast to coast, state to state, city to city, or just across town. In fact, Colleen has lived in California, Florida, Hawaii, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia and now Texas (where her most recent move was one of only about 22 miles, from Katy to Cypress). So, she has experienced firsthand the challenges and dilemmas that families encounter – simple details that loom very large with both big moves and small ones – like housing requirements, neighborhood amenities, schools, shopping, available sports and more.

Added to that, Colleen and her husband have renovated every home that they have lived in, learning much about construction. In the past, they have also been involved in real estate investment, acquiring and rehabilitating properties while absorbing a great deal about the processes involved. This wealth of experience makes Colleen an excellent advocate for buyers as well as sellers.

Willing to spend whatever time it takes to get them into the home of their dreams, Colleen is good at listening to people, managing details and is a good communicator. She is patient and doesn’t stress easily when others around her are. She takes her profession seriously, continuously honing her expertise so that she can give clients the best and most complete information possible and allows them to make informed decisions.

Before beginning her career in real estate in 2014, Colleen was a Manager and Program Developer for hospital-based wellness centers for 30 years, focused on providing great customer service. She assisted individuals with problem solving, helped them define their problem or goal and set up active strategies to reach those goals. In the process, she developed good communication and time management skills and has considerable experience working with the public and other professionals. As a result, she is very confident.

With a BS in Social Work and an MS in Exercise Physiology, Colleen and husband, Jim, have been married since 1977. They have two married children and four grandchildren.

Tonia Jaeggi, CLHMS, CNE, SMP is the lead listing agent and owner of The Jaeggi Team. Part of the international luxury real estate association, she specializes in the sale and listing of single family luxury homes in the Houston area. An expert in real estate contracts and negotiations, Tonia has sold over 700 homes in the Houston area. A graduate of Cy-Fair High School (BFND), she makes her home in the Cypress area. Married since 2009, her husband is employed in the international and domestic oil & gas industry, and she is the proud mother of two daughters. Tonia is dedicated to giving back to her community and helping families reach their Real Estate goals.
