My name is Leigh Beard and I grew up Corpus Christi but have lived in the Houston/Cypress area since 2005. I've been working in Real Estate since 2017 and have loved every second of it. My only regret is not transitioning sooner. My first year I was named Rookie of the year and since then have been a Million Dollar Top Producer each year. She became involved with her family Real Estate business in 2009 and purchased her first property. In 2013 she began managing long term rental properties. In 2016, Hattie moved to Houston from the UK. She has helped many people buy, sell and lease in the Houston area.
