Krystyn Rawlinson is an experienced professional who brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to her role as the office manager. She has been with the office since 2012 and takes pride in providing the best assistance to our agents possible. As NextHome Realty Center's office manager, she is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations and serves as our compliance coordinator, reviewing all contracts and addenda. She is here to help our awesome agents with anything they may need! In her free time, the Texas native stays pretty busy spending time with her husband and their five children. She has 4 girls and 1 boy ranging from toddler to teenager. Krystyn is involved in several Christian ministries and she and her family love to volunteer their time with their church. Prior to choosing a career in real estate, Jennifer spent years working in Financial Services, Accounting and Federal Taxation with local, independent banks, a Big-4 accounting firm and a local CPA. In those positions, she honed her customer service and listening skills, and developed that resourcefulness, loyalty and dedication so prized by the industry and the clients she served. All while adhering to the rules, regulation, and compliance issues so necessary to getting the job done.

A resident of Cypress who was raised in Magnolia, Jennifer has lived her entire life in the market areas of Cypress, Tomball, Magnolia, where she now sells homes, watching them evolve and grow into the vibrant communities they’ve become.

Married to her high school sweetheart since 1993, she and her husband are the proud parents of two teenage daughters and an English Bulldog named Idgie. Watching her girls compete in volleyball games, and taking Idgie for car rides are among her great joys.

Vannessa knows her way around the kitchen as well, and will gladly provide your choice of gumbo or Texas Red as a closing gift upon request. She loves winding down with creative endeavors, and snuggling with the family cats and Boston Terriers.

She also enjoys giving back to the community and supporting local. She is currently a Support Manager for Metta's Local Eats Dine Out for Charity program, partnered with Cy-Fair Helping Hands to help fight hunger and homelessness in Cypress and the surrounding areas.
