My name is Wil Logan, I am a seasoned professional in commercial real estate with a strong educational background in finance and business. Growing up in a family of realtors, I developed a deep passion for real estate early on.

As a former Senior Leasing Agent for a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), I managed and negotiated leases for a diverse portfolio of properties, which consisted of 1.8 million square feet, gaining a comprehensive understanding of market trends and property management.

She brings over 30 years of sales, marketing and advertising experience to help you buy or sell your home, a residential property, an investment property, a second/vacation home or some land in the great state of Texas! She leads the RE/MAX Property Group with corporate offices in Cypress and her agents serve the Houston, Rio Grande Valley, Austin, Bryan/College Station and Dallas/Denton areas. Maelia was born in Cuba and has lived in Spain, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Texas, California and Florida. Born in Hot Springs Arkansas, I moved to Houston at a very young age and grew up in several parts of Houston. My son graduated the same high school that I did, and enjoyed the varsity football prestige. While growing up my grandmother and mother were successful Realtors for many years and several family members’ help build many homes in and around Houston. Despite the fact that my first carrier wasn’t in real estate, I have been around it in some form or another, my entire life. My career path lead me to work for twelve years at a fast pace fleet credit card company as an operations manager for one of the top twenty five banks. It was here that I learned a strong foundation of customer service skills, project and task management, negotiation, and the ability to multi task. After that, I was drawn to my passion of matching people with their dream home. I grew up here, raised a family here, and not only do I enjoy giving back to my community, but enjoy helping others buy (or sell) a home that they will love and raise their families in.
