Nicole Travis is passionate about listening to her clients wants and needs to help them find the perfect home to buy. As a former Fine Jewelry Sales Manager, she says that her experience in the commissioned and goal driven sales business of retail has taught her that communication throughout the process is the key to success with her buyers, sellers and lease clients. As Nicole has built her business through marketing and referrals from her past clients, she will promise to provide superior service with attention to detail. Nicole primarily focuses her business on the Cypress, Tomball, Katy and Northwest Houston area. Nicole also offers her sellers an extra bonus, she has a real talent for "staging" the home and offering tips and solutions to show the listings in their best light to make them more marketable. She has earned the professional designation as a Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS). Rhonda is a native Houstonian with 20 years of real estate experience. She strives to provide personalized customer service to all her clients. Rhonda graduated from The University of Houston with a Masters of Business Administration and also received a Bachelors Degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin. She is a proud Longhorn and Kappa Delta alumni. She also graduated from local Jersey Village High School. Prior to a career in Real Estate, she worked at Arthur Andersen and Hewlett Packard as a Financial Analyst.


In addition to being a busy mother of two daughters, Rhonda also enjoys reading and traveling. Above all, she strives for her work to honor God.

Jeremy Kartchner is a Real Estate Sales Agent with the RE/MAX Property Group, based in Cypress, Texas. He graduated from Brigham Young University in 2001, and later received his Master's Degree from Texas A&M in 2005.
