Suzan Phenicie joins Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty this year and brings a wealth of experience, accomplishments, and knowledge with her. Suzan grew up in the Texas Real Estate business, her father was a local Houston broker and a huge influence on her career. Through the years, Suzan has learned one important factor, the industry is always changing and it is paramount remain flexible and informed.

As a previous Economics Instructor, she believes that educating and guiding a client through this process is of the utmost importance. With roots so deep, Jude knows Harris and Fort Bend County.
