Send emailCathy's desire for knowledge of the real estate industry began when she was Office Administrator for a local real estate office, which lead to the acquisition of her real estate license in 2003. She moved into various administrative staff positions in 2013, including Career Development and New Agent Training, Quality Control Coordinator and Sales Manager. In early 2019, Cathy left the administrative side of the business and returned to being a producing agent and agent mentor.

He has a Bachelors degree in Marketing from Texas Tech University, and specializes in general commercial real estate. His wife Jaime Connell is also a realtor specializing in residential sales.
