I've always loved homes. I grew up with a dad that loved landscaping and a grandma that loved homes. So I basically grew up taking care of the yard and going and browsing houses. My Grandma and I used to do the tour of homes in the town my parents live in. When I was 22, I bought my first home. I was the first person out of almost all of my friends and family to purchase a home. Since then, I have bought 3 homes and sold 2. I am no stranger to the process. I even have helped some family and friends buy their own homes before I was ever in Real Estate. With over 20 years of customer service experience and 9 years of sales experience, I am passionate about helping my clients purchase or sell their home. Adam Stern brings with him a unique skill set that comes with a diverse business background. Adam moved to Port Aransas, TX from Montville, NJ in 1996. Prior to his move to South Texas, he was a Registered Investment Advisor and also ran several Mercedes-Benz Dealerships. He then moved to Port A, raised a family, worked at the local Mercedes-Benz Dealership as the General Sales Manager. There he ushered in exponential growth using his hands on, no-nonsense, people first approach. He started several businesses in the Gulf Coast which included residential and commercial investment properties. Adam is hard working, very focused and his integrity is beyond reproach. He is a client advocate and holds the fiduciary responsibility that comes with being a realtor in the highest regard.
