I've been a licensed Realtor since April 2007, just before running the Boston Marathon - two of my proudest accomplishments. Having been in outside sales most of my adult life, real estate sales was a natural transition for me after moving to the South Padre Island/Port Isabel area in 1996. However, with 2 young daughters to raise, my real estate career had to be put on the back burner until the timing was right. Unfortunately for me and the rest of the real estate community, that time came when the real estate market began its downward decline. In spite of the soft real estate market, I had a moderate to fair amount of success, receiving RE/MAX's Executive Club award every year since becoming a licensed Realtor. And in 2012 I received the 100% Club award since it was a fantastic year and my best year yet! I continued to excel in 2013, doubling my sales from the previous year. In 2014, not only did my sales increase by 60%, but I became the top selling agent in the area becoming a RE/MAX Platinum agent for the first time. 2015 and 2016 year-end sales cemented my number one sales position as well as earning the coveted REMAX Hall of Fame award in addition to achieving Platinum status both of those years.
