Bryan is a passionate and market-savvy real estate agent who is driven by the satisfaction and peace of mind of his clients. With experience as an agent since 2014 and over 200 clients represented, he understands the sell or purchase of a home is a very emotional transaction and works above and beyond to make that process as smooth as possible for his clients. His loyalty and patient approach have been praised continuously by both clients and colleagues and has received 3 Outstanding Service awards, proving how much he believes in providing world-class service to his clients. Bryan was born in Naperville, IL, but grew up living in Spain and has also lived in Mexico. Along with the blessing of being able to travel to 4 continents, it has given him the opportunity to deeply understand different cultures helping him immensely in identifying the needs and points of view of his diverse clients. When not selling real estate, he is an avid soccer player, activity only shadowed by his time enjoyed with his wife and his two sons.
Born and raised in the Texas Coastal Bend! I grew up in a real estate family, and I started my first job in the real estate industry at age 18 in my Grandmother's brokerage. The bug bit, and I have been actively involved in our industry in some capacity ever since-- Investment properties, Commercial, or Residential... I love it all and welcome the challenges that each specialty presents! I truly love my job and find great fulfillment in helping others find the perfect property to fit their needs- big or small! I am also proud to be an advocate for our community in several different ways. I am currently on the Board of Directors and Public Relations Committee for the Corpus Christi Association of REALTORS and pride my service on promoting professionalism within our industry. I am also currently serving as the 2018-2019 Bylaws and Recording Secretary for the Junior League of Corpus Christi, and am an active Member of the Saltwater-fisheries Enhancement Association (SEA). I am a proud Corpus Christi Under 40 Honoree (2017). I am a dedicated Aggie-- proud to have graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station with my B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from the Department of Animal Science. In addition to my real estate career, I also enjoy riding good Quarter Horses, shooting trap and skeet, and hunting and fishing with my family and friends.

DEE DEE Cortez was born in San Antonio, Texas moved with her family many times during her childhood–from Untied States to Mexico and Panama to North Carolina, South Carolina, California, and various other locations. Though she didn't know it at the time, she was continuing to develop the people skills that would be invaluable throughout her life. You see DEE DEE takes pride in who she is, what she has accomplished, relationships she has built over the years. Her passion for helping buyers find the perfect home, people she can connect with. She identifies with the people and families who live in Corpus Christi. This area attracts a lot of families; the people who live here are passionate about their neighborhood and schools. We also have a naval air station nearby, so there is some regular turnover with families of the support staff and officers moving in and out. She loves to help people relocate to the area and sell when it's time for something new. Even when she is not busy working in her career, she is looking for ways to expand her knowledge–to acquire the skills she needs to reach her goals. DEE DEE takes every opportunity to read because she understands that true success comes with commitment to learning and personal growth.
