I've been a licensed Realtor since April 2007, just before running the Boston Marathon - two of my proudest accomplishments. Having been in outside sales most of my adult life, real estate sales was a natural transition for me after moving to the South Padre Island/Port Isabel area in 1996. However, with 2 young daughters to raise, my real estate career had to be put on the back burner until the timing was right. Unfortunately for me and the rest of the real estate community, that time came when the real estate market began its downward decline. In spite of the soft real estate market, I had a moderate to fair amount of success, receiving RE/MAX's Executive Club award every year since becoming a licensed Realtor. And in 2012 I received the 100% Club award since it was a fantastic year and my best year yet! I continued to excel in 2013, doubling my sales from the previous year. In 2014, not only did my sales increase by 60%, but I became the top selling agent in the area becoming a RE/MAX Platinum agent for the first time. 2015 and 2016 year-end sales cemented my number one sales position as well as earning the coveted REMAX Hall of Fame award in addition to achieving Platinum status both of those years. Kris started her real estate career in mortgage lending. Kris then joined the title company where she worked as an escrow assistant and advanced as an escrow officer. Kris joins the real estate profession as a sales agent for Keller Williams Coastal Bend. In the past couple of years, Kris has become an esteemed realtor highly regarded by her clients and professionals in the field. Kris is well-connected and actively involved in the community. Kelly began her real estate career in Houston in 2007 after 10 years in the sports marketing industry. A native of Shreveport, Louisiana, Kelly received a degree in marketing from Louisiana State University. She volunteers her time with Child Advocates and Zeta Tau Alpha Alumni Association. Kelly enjoys cheering on her LSU Tigers, traveling, cooking and reading. When not working, she and her two rescue dogs enjoy spending time in the Hill Country in Spicewood, TX.
