Katie Brannon joined the MHW team as Senior Director. She brings over 30 years of sales, marketing, and project management experience across a variety of industries, including software, real estate, insurance, retail, and hospitality, along with close to eight years as a top producer in Luxury Residential. Katie's experience, knowledge, and attention to detail have made for a smooth transition into the commercial segment, while she continues to serve her residential clients. She is a trusted advisor and her focus is her clients' goals. Katie moved to Montgomery County in 1971, and enjoys both her deep ties in the community and building new relationships.

I chose the real estate profession because I have a true passion for it. Home is where our days begin and end. It is where real life happens and precious memories are made with our loved ones. I have personally been through the home buying and selling process a number of times and it has been the most exciting and challenging times in my life. I am aware of the important life changing decisions and stresses that weigh during this time. Linda is a sixth generation Houstonian and a ninth generation Texan. She has lived in the Cypress / Tomball / Spring area for over twenty years and her children attended schools in KISD and CFISD. Linda will put her knowledge of Houston and the surrounding areas to use to find a special property in your neighborhood of choice.

Her father was a respected Building Designer and gave Linda a love for the art of homebuilding. She is a widow of a U.S. Navy Veteran, mother to three adult children and grandmother of five.

She has more than twenty years of professional experience with over ten years in management. A history of extraordinary customer service, training and developing peers and direct reports training the trainer. An adept professional known for the ability to use sound judgment to assess challenges accurately, to develop practical client-driven solutions and to assess feedback correctly. She has a reputation as a solution focused leader that has developed systems and processes, which have increased customer satisfaction, reduced costs and contributed directly to the bottom line. Wanting to put her personal and commercial real estate experience to use she earned her real estate salesperson license, January 2019, and joined Inked Real Estate, Spring, TX in December 2021. She has a heart of gold, unbridled enthusiasm and will work tirelessly to assist in making your dream home a reality.

Linda will work closely with buyers and sellers to find the best vendors so her clients will receive great service with a keen eye on costs.
