Elyse is eager to assist first-time buyers, millennials and empty nesters inside Loop 610 and in The Woodlands, where she grew up. While at the University of Texas in San Antonio, her studies included an emphasis in architecture and interior design, which has proven valuable in helping her clients understand the specifications of a home they may be considering. Working as a project manager at Bayer Construction under her Dad's tutelage, she gained further understanding of the steps involved in the construction and design process. These professional activities have prepared her well to guide and advise her clients when they are involved in one of their most important financial decisions. She takes great pride in exceeding her clients' expectations and conscientiously demonstrates professionalism and trustworthiness at all times. Her creativity flows into the leisure time activities of cooking and painting with acrylic on canvas. Racheal was born and raised in Montgomery County. She believes relationships throughout the community are important. Her family has deep roots to the city of Conroe. A fun fact is that her grandmother, Mary McCoy is still a DJ on the local radio station K-STAR Country and is a Guinness Book of World Records holder as the longest woman DJ on air to this day! Racheal became a licensed Realtor in 2022 and says "being a real estate agent is a way for me to serve the people in my community and the people moving to our community. Homes and property are an intimate part of people's lives and to be apart of assisting someone in finding a home, selling a house or investing in a property is an honor." Racheal's experience in customer service and serving at the locally owned and well known restaurant Vernon's has helped her to continue and to build relationships in one of the social hubs for all Conronians.
