Dawn Gervais has been a top producer since choosing real estate as her career in 2005. Prior to real estate, she owned a dental lab specializing in dental/orthodontic appliances for 23 years. Owning her own business gave her the skill set on how to be successful. A driven personality, discipline and great integrity served as great assets in her ownership of a business and have tied beautifully to achieving outstanding status as a realtor.

Dawn attended the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and earned her designation as a Certified Luxury home marketing specialist, CLHMS, GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute, and ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative. She is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Greater Houston Luxury Home Connection and Institute of Luxury Home Marketing. She is also a Buyer Representative in New Homes. Dawn is an Ambassador for the Halo House Foundation and volunteers for Kid's Meals and Houston's Children's Assessment Center.

When not focusing on her career, Dawn enjoys scuba diving, photography, gardening, traveling and getting together with family and friends dining at Houston's great restaurants. She is married and has two grown daughters.

Anita has lived in Texas and, specifically, Houston area, since 1980. She has been in real estate since 2021, and has been immersed in the Houston housing industry through her family's successful residential construction businesses since she was a little girl. With her knowledge of local builders and communities, and love of helping others, real estate is a natural fit. Her business is built on communication, dedication, authenticity, and transparency. She has been in education for over ten years and is on the board of a Houston area rescue specializing in the rehabilitation, fostering, treatment, and rehoming of pregnant dogs, newborn puppies, and medical cases.

Evelyn is a native to Houston and is fluent in Spanish. Evelyn is passionate about helping make dreams come true! She is known for her patience and attention to detail. When she is not making deals to help buyers and sellers she is helping abused and neglected children as a volunteer for CASA in Montgomery County. Bobbie Persky has been a Texas REALTOR® since 2007, proudly representing buyers and sellers in the Greater Houston Area, encompassing seven counties' real estate markets. Bobbie is a native Houstonian, where she has lived for over 50 years, watching it grow into a vibrant, diverse community where she raised three daughters.

After working in the legal sector for over 30 years, she returned to college in 2006 to pursue an Associate Degree in Real Estate from San Jacinto College, where she was voted Outstanding Real Estate Student of the Year. She continued her education by earning numerous Designations.
