Francisco Da Silva was born in Venezuela and moved to USA in the early 2000's, to continue his professional career as a Mechanical Engineer in the Oil Industry, building up his extensive experience in Sales and Management, for companies like Baker Hughes and ExxonMobil. During his career, Francisco and his family relocated 4 times, 3 of them involving international moving. It was in one of his international assignments where he decided to add a MBA to his career, which would later become his inspiration in business and sales within the oil industry. Since 2021, Francisco made the decision to bring his sales experience into Real Estate, convinced he can continue helping buyers and sellers to successfully complete one of the most important decision of their lives.
