The majority of my activities are rental listings for single family or small duplex properties where I am all of: Owner/Landlord/Property Manager. Cheryl has both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Structural Engineering from the University of Illinois, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in several states, including Texas. Her primary career is in management of engineering and construction activities for large industrial projects.

About Marion:
Marion Franke grew up in Irving, TX with insight on the importance of family and dreams. With her love for helping others achieve their goals, she went on to major in elementary education at North Texas State University. She was later introduced to successful Realtor Joy Riley, who encouraged Marion to get her real estate license. In 1988 Marion moved to Montgomery County determined to start her own business and later joined Keller Williams Realty Conroe/Lake Conroe in 1995. Eventually Marion's team grew enough to fulfill one of her Real Estate dreams and in 2010, Marion opened her own Real Estate Brokerage! Over the years Marion Franke has grown to be the most recognizable name in Montgomery County and her team is consistently the highest producing Real Estate team in her market!
