Mario was born and raised in the Houston, Texas area. He graduated from the University of Houston with a BS in Electrical Engineering. He offers professionalism and experience as well as knowledge of the greater Houston area as he works with clients in Commercial Real Estate and Property Management. He is the Immediate Past Chairman of the Board of HAR (Houston Association of Realtors), Chairman of the Commercial Gateway Division of HAR and Chairman of HRIS (Houston Residential Information Services) as well as Regional Vice President for TAR (Texas Association of Realtors). He also serves as a Director of NAR (National Association of Realtors) and Vice-Chairman of NAR Global Business and Alliances Committee. He was appointed by Governor Perry to serve a 6 year term on the advisory committee for the Real Estate Research Center at Texas A & M University.

Born and raised in Northwest Houston, Kathy is a proud mom of three outgoing children and an equally rambunctious corgi. She received her bachelor's degree in marketing from Texas A&M University and worked in sales, category management, and advertising before making a career move into real estate. Dawn Gervais has been a top producer since choosing real estate as her career in 2005. Prior to real estate, she owned a dental lab specializing in dental/orthodontic appliances for 23 years. Owning her own business gave her the skill set on how to be successful. She is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Greater Houston Luxury Home Connection and Institute of Luxury Home Marketing. She is also a Buyer Representative in New Homes. Dawn is an Ambassador for the Halo House Foundation and volunteers for Kid's Meals and Houston's Children's Assessment Center.

When not focusing on her career, Dawn enjoys scuba diving, photography, gardening, traveling and getting together with family and friends dining at Houston's great restaurants. She is married and has two grown daughters.

I understand the stress and struggles of moving, especially with kids. As a child growing up in a military family, we moved every two to three years. As an adult with children, we moved from Corpus Christi to New Jersey to Corpus Christi to The Woodlands. With a one year old and a six year old, husband working out of town and sometimes out of state, the struggle was real.

Once we made our final move in The Woodlands, I continued working in education for Conroe ISD. I have worked in public and private schools for twenty years, with ten years in Conroe ISD as an Assistant Principal at the high school level.

My child is a student with Conroe ISD, and has participated in soccer and is now dancing at a local studio. We occasionally participate in pageants in Texas.
