FRANCISCO MOLLEDA is an Intercontinental University graduate with a degree in Sciences Communication and his Master's in Business Administration from the same University. With over 15 years of experience in Real Estate since 2003, he has focused primarily on managing and redeveloping Commercial and Residential Properties. Tamarah Courtright Curtis graduated with a BBA in Marketing from Sam Houston State University and has been selling real estate since 2006. She lives in the Lake Conroe area. Tamarah is one of the Top Realtors in the Montgomery County Area with over 35 million in sales each year. Tamarah has been recognized as a Top Production REALTOR by the Houston Association of Realtors, received a Five Star Award multiple times, Houston Business Journal has recognized her as a Top Realtor and she has received many other Top Sales awards for her continued dedication and achievements in Real Estate. Tamarah is certified as an Accredited Buyers Representative through the National Association of Realtors. Tamarah's community involvement is extensive from her chairing many fundraisers for the Conroe Noon Lions Club, writing a monthly column in The Conroe Courier, and volunteering her time with many community organizations such as the United Way and Montgomery County Republican Party. Tamarah's other passion, other than her family and Real Estate, is riding horses and Golf.
