My real estate activity is primarily as rental owner/landlord. The majority of my activities are rental listings for single family or small duplex properties where I am all of: Owner/Landlord/Property Manager. If you're looking to buy a single family home, or seeking someone to assist with the sale of a single family home, I'm not likely the ideal choice. Cheryl has both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Structural Engineering from the University of Illinois, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in several states, including Texas. Her primary career is in management of engineering and construction activities for large industrial projects.
