Dawn Gervais has been a top producer since choosing real estate as her career in 2005. Prior to real estate, she owned a dental lab specializing in dental/orthodontic appliances for 23 years. Owning her own business gave her the skill set on how to be successful. A driven personality, discipline and great integrity served as great assets in her ownership of a business and have tied beautifully to achieving outstanding status as a realtor.

A native Houstonian, Dawn is a lover of the arts, and frequently attends art galleries, concerts, and plays which gives her a deep knowledge of the city's rich and varied culture. Dawn attended the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and earned her designation as a Certified Luxury home marketing specialist, CLHMS, GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute, and ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative. She is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Greater Houston Luxury Home Connection and Institute of Luxury Home Marketing. She is also a Buyer Representative in New Homes. Dawn is an Ambassador for the Halo House Foundation and volunteers for Kid's Meals and Houston's Children's Assessment Center.

When not focusing on her career, Dawn enjoys scuba diving, photography, gardening, traveling and getting together with family and friends dining at Houston's great restaurants. She is married and has two grown daughters.

Born in Singapore, Crystal Wells became a Texan when she was two years old. She was raised in Montgomery County and proudly calls it home. Influenced by her mother's love for real estate, Crystal chose to become a realtor.

At a very young age Crystal was involved in the restaurant business and reports that invaluable lessons of working with people in the public were learned. Crystal knows first-hand how to address challenges. At age 32 she was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer. She states "never did I think I would get through it. Shaving my head was my first realization of what journey I was about to start. Chemo was one of the hardest things I have ever had to overcome in my life. It shut my body down and took me away from being a mother to my two girls. It completely changed my life and how I go about everything today.

I completed Chemo on November 1, 2016 and had a double mastectomy on December 1, 2016. By then my cancer was gone! I was in remission but my journey continued with radiation until May. In July 2017 I finished the last maintenance chemo and am presently cancer free. If I can beat this nasty disease, I can do anything I put my mind to! I am stronger now than I have ever been and will push myself to achieve any goal I am given.

Crystal is a very devoted wife and mother who is involved in her children's schools and serves as a TAV Volleyball Club mom. When time allows, she enjoys sporting events and vacationing with her family.

My love for Real Estate started early watching my Dad turn a distressed property into a beautiful home. As I grew older, I graduated high school and went on to get my Associates degree in Business and obtained my Real Estate license. Over the years that I have been a Realtor in the Houston area, I have become well versed in many avenues of real estate from helping first time home buyers locate the perfect home for their family, assisting sellers in successfully selling their home for the highest amount possible and moving on to their next chapter in their lives, to purchasing foreclosed properties and restoring them to above and beyond their original glory. I have also spent a large portion of my career working with investors both small and large looking to generate rental income, as well as helping renters locate a house within their budget in the areas that they desire.
