Brian arrived to the Real Estate Business through a successful 20 plus year career in the music industry. Traveling all over the US, Canada, and Japan, Brian has years of experience being a business owner, problem solving, negotiating, and people skills. Along the way he earned a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State and excelled as a member of the Criminal Justice Honor Society. Real Estate was a natural progression for Brian as he has built a lifetime of relationships in the music business earning trust and healthy working relationships with bandmates, promoters, investors and fans alike. Many of those relationships have spilled over into his Real Estate career and has led to numerous transactions. In addition to being an accomplished musician, Brian has also written and directed a short film and has written a book on his first year in Real Estate. Working both with buyers and sellers, Brian has also successfully worked with new home builders as an exclusive listing agent on new construction homes. His infectious personality, tireless work ethic and ability to seamlessly juggle multiple situations and scenarios has led to continued success in the Real Estate Profession.

I am a retired school principal who has been selling real estate for over 14 years. I am a top producing agent for my office (in the top 15% in total sales among the 145 agents in my office). My specialty is residential real estate (listing, buying, and leasing). I can help anyone from fellow retirees to first-time home buyers find the home of their dreams on a lake or golf course, or both, in wonderful Montgomery County. I am a Rotarian of over 25 years. I am a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) & Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). I am a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing (ILHM). I have taught numerous types of real estate courses to real estate agents for a number of years. I also belong to the Global Property Specialist network which allows me to post my listings on foreign websites.

With more than 28 years as a real estate professional, including 17 years as an agent educator, I am very passionate about the real estate industry. I believe in taking care of my clients through communciation, transparency,knowledge and experience.

Dana Colborn is a dedicated and passionate REALTOR with a strong belief in faith, integrity, and trust as the foundations of life and work. Born and raised in the Ft. Worth metroplex, Dana grew up on a 16-acre property where she developed a love for horses and participated in 4-H and Quarter Horse shows. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology.



After completing her education, Dana worked as a Medical Technologist and Laboratory Director. In 1995, she married her husband, Jack, and together they have three children. They have been residents of the Montgomery/Lake Conroe area since 2007, with a prior residence in the greater Houston area from 1993-2005. They briefly lived in Northern Ohio from 2005-2007 before returning to Texas.



In 2015, Dana decided to make a career shift and entered the real estate business with Top Guns Realty. During her time there, she gained valuable experience and knowledge in the industry. In 2020, she joined the Pam Westlake Realty Group, led by Pam Westlake, Owner/Broker. With over 31 years of experience supporting her, Dana is committed to providing excellent service, achieving results, and upholding professional business ethics.
