I have been blessed to call the Conroe area home for over 15 years. Throughout the years, I have been an advocate for various people during challenging times in their lives. Working with others through various challenges is one of my passions. Because of my experiences, I will partner with you as you navigate the home buying or selling process. I can be counted on to guide you through the various steps involved, and will be in your corner throughout the entire process.

In addition to advocating for and helping others, I have partnered with my husband in managing all aspects of a family-owned business, with multiple employees. I created many new systems to which allowed the business run more efficiently. More recently, I had the privilege of working with a local custom home builder. I worked with clients throughout the construction process to see their dreams of a new home come to life. During this time, I also earned my Bachelor's Degree from Sam Houston State University. It was after these events, I realized my heart is not only in helping others, but also working in the home and real estate field where I am able to combine both my skills and passions.

Clear and prompt communication are my top priorities. As your agent, I pride myself in genuinely listening to you as my client, understanding your desires, goals, and preferences. I'm responsive and committed to giving you a professional experience with a personal touch.

When I'm not helping clients, I enjoy tending to my chickens, spending time with my family, and working alongside my husband of 40 years on our own homestead.

My girls are my first and foremost, besides God of course. I find passion in helping others and feel so satisfied knowing that I have helped them achieve homeownership. I grew up in Houston, Texas and attended Texas A&M University, Whhhooop. Yes, I am a dire hard Aggie and in the Fall, you'll find me screaming at the TV at my Aggies to defeat whatever opponent they are playing in football! I have a background in Information Technology so I understand the importance of technology in today's real estate market. I currently hold my Broker's License in Texas, Colorado, Kansas and Ohio, so if you need any real estate in these areas, well you know who your go-to person is!

Katie Lee is a Texas girl through and through. Born and raised in West Texas before moving to The Woodlands in 2008, she truly loves this state and all it has to offer. She attended Texas A&M University where she was involved as an executive member of her sorority, Alpha Delta Pi, and graduated with a degree in Finance. Her senior year in College Station she met her husband, Dylan, and they are now proud homeowners in Magnolia with their 3 fur babies. Along with being a full time real estate agent Katie is also the Marketing Director for Home Sweet Home Real Estate Group and puts that expertise to work for her clients. Her passion for helping others truly translates into the service all of her clients receive. She has even been described as a bulldog when it comes to fighting and negotiating for her clients. Whether you're looking to buy, sell, rent, or invest, Katie will guide you through the process and have your back along the way.

Alex was born in Houston and raised in Cypress, Texas where he attended Cy-Fair High school. Upon graduation, he signed a minor league baseball contract with the Atlanta Braves, where he played for one season. After being released in the Spring of 1991, he started attending Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas on a full scholarship where in 1996 he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology. While still in college he earned a Real Estate License and started practicing in 1994 and in 1996 he earned a Broker License. Shortly after graduation he left the field of real estate to put his degree to work in the Building Products Industry. In 2010 he decided to leave the design field and return to pursue his passion for Real Estate full time. Alex says:
