Before becoming a Realtor, Heather handled branding and marketing for Lake Conroe's premier real estate development, Bentwater on Lake Conroe, as well as multiple hotel and resort properties in the Lake Conroe area. The invaluable experience this provided created a perfect platform for combining cutting edge marketing tools with her natural gift for creative advertising.
Heather is also a graduate of Texas Tech University with a bachelor's degree in marketing. She proudly volunteers as a Court Appointed Child Advocate through CASA of Montgomery County, and is the mother of a Montgomery firefighter/EMT for which she could not be more proud! In her free time, you can find Heather enjoying time on or around Lake Conroe with her wonderful husband and two spoiled dogs, and helping her neighbors, friends, and special clients attain their home ownership dreams!
Anita has lived in Texas and, specifically, Houston area, since 1980. She has been in real estate since 2021, and has been immersed in the Houston housing industry through her family's successful residential construction businesses since she was a little girl. With her knowledge of local builders and communities, and love of helping others, real estate is a natural fit. Her business is built on communication, dedication, authenticity, and transparency. Anita makes it a point to give back to the community. She has been in education for over ten years and is on the board of a Houston area rescue specializing in the rehabilitation, fostering, treatment, and rehoming of pregnant dogs, newborn puppies, and medical cases.
Scott Deaton lives in Montgomery, Tx and is the son of 2 retired Texas public school teachers. After graduating high school in the north Houston area, Scott proudly served for four years in the United States Marine Corps earning the rank of corporal. In 1995 he made the decision to leave the military and immediately went to work for a small oilfield service company. Starting from the very bottom he relied on a tremendous work ethic, the ability to learn quickly, exceptional communication skills and a true desire to serve others. Scott climbed the ranks very quickly and has held operations and sales roles from entry level to senior management for companies such as Weatherford and Schlumberger. He is married to Mrs. Cathy who was born and raised in Conroe, Tx and together they have 5 children ranging from 4 to 20 years old. Meeting, working with and helping people from all over the world helped steer Scott towards studying for and obtaining his real estate license. Having the personal experience of buying and selling several homes himself, he knows first hand how important it is to have a knowledgeable, trustworthy resource to partner with in the process.
