Anderson, Oliver and the Connected Realty team are unmatched among the Houston area. It was clear that they value integrity, transparency (comp's were spot-on), and are willing to do whatever it takes. We were moving out of town and had a tight time-frame to sell so they ran weekly open-houses and had our house sold within weeks of listing at 98% of asking price (our neighbor's house with twin floor plan, listed with another realtor, had been on the market for almost 6 months).
