Based on Racial/Ethnic Groups, Hispanics comprise the biggest group at Marjory Vickery Elementary School. They make up for 64.97% of student population, followed by Asians (15.13%), Whites or Caucasians (9.87%), African Americans (6.21%), Two or More Races (3.66%) and Native Americans (0.16%).

In terms of Limited English Proficiency (LEP), a term used in the United States that refers to a person who is not fluent in the English Language, mainly because it is not their native language, Marjory Vickery Elementary School has a significantly higher number of English Language Learners comprising 64.97% of its student population compared to 4.25% at Highland Village Elementary School.
