Idea Elsa Academy's two out of seven distinctions are in Reading/English Language Arts (ELA) and post-secondary. Idea Academy Mission did not earn any distinction.
Based on Racial/Ethnic Groups, the dominant group in Idea Elsa Academy is Hispanics who make up nearly 94.64% of student population, followed by Whites or Caucasians (5.36%). There is no African Americans, Asians, Native Americans and Two or More Racesstudents in the school.
At Idea Academy Mission, Hispanics make up 96.82% of student population, followed by Whites or Caucasians (2.71%), African Americans (0.35%) and Asians (0.12%). There is no Native Americans and Two or More Racesstudents in the school.
Based on household incomes, Idea Elsa Academy’s economically disadvantaged students is higher at 95.24% compared to 94.12% at Idea Academy Mission.
In terms of Limited English Proficiency (LEP), a term used in the United States that refers to a person who is not fluent in the English Language, mainly because it is not their native language, Idea Elsa Academy has 329 English Language Learners or ELLS or about 48.96% of student population. Idea Academy Mission has significantly more ELLs at 548 or about 64.47% of student population.
Idea Elsa Academy has no gifted and talented student, while 7.59% are in the special education program, and bilingual students comprise 45.68% students.
