Distinction Designations for G W Robinson and Darwin L Gilmore Elementary School are not applicable as neither one earned a recognition for outstanding achievement in seven categories.
Based on Racial/Ethnic Groups, Whites or Caucasians comprise the biggest group at G W Robinson. They make up for 64.84% of student population, followed by Hispanics (21.36%), Two or More Races (5.48%), African Americans (4.91%), Asians (2.46%) and Native Americans (0.95%).
At Darwin L Gilmore Elementary School, Whites or Caucasians are the biggest group, comprising 64.60% of student population, followed by Hispanics (20.95%), Two or More Races (5.78%), Asians (5.06%), African Americans (3.32%) and Native Americans (0.29%).
Based on household incomes, G W Robinson’s economically disadvantaged students is significantly higher at 33.46% compared to 18.21% at Darwin L Gilmore Elementary School.
In terms of Limited English Proficiency (LEP), a term used in the United States that refers to a person who is not fluent in the English Language, mainly because it is not their native language, G W Robinson has 26 English Language Learners or ELLS or about 4.91% of student population. Darwin L Gilmore Elementary School has more ELLs at 33 or about 4.77% of student population.
G W Robinson’s bilingual students comprise 4.91%, gifted and talented students, 15.31%, while 10.78% are in the special education program. Darwin L Gilmore Elementary School bilingual students comprise 4.77%, gifted and talented students, 11.56%, and 12.43% are in the special education program.
