Bette Perot Elementary School's one out of seven distinction is in with 25% student progress. Friendship Elementary School has no distinction.
Based on Racial/Ethnic Groups, Whites or Caucasians comprise the biggest group at Friendship Elementary School. They make up for 38.79% of student population, followed by Hispanics (23.16%), African Americans (21.85%), Asians (8.10%), Two or More Races (7.91%) and Native Americans (0.19%).

Based on household incomes, Friendship Elementary School’s economically disadvantaged students is significantly higher at 44.63% compared to 19.50% at Bette Perot Elementary School.
In terms of Limited English Proficiency (LEP), a term used in the United States that refers to a person who is not fluent in the English Language, mainly because it is not their native language, Friendship Elementary School has a significantly higher number of English Language Learners comprising 15.07% of its student population compared to 8.05% at Bette Perot Elementary School.
In addition, Friendship Elementary School has 13.37% bilingual students, 3.58% are in the gifted and talented program, while 16.01% are in the special education program. This stacks up against Bette Perot Elementary School with 6.44% bilingual students, 4.47% gifted and talented students and 10.73% students in the special education program.
