Clear View High School’s regular student population is 144 with a student-teacher ratio of 6.6 students/teacher ratio. The student population at Clear Falls High School is 2,497 students and a student-teacher ratio of 16.5 students/teacher ratio.
Clear View High School performed excellent to earn a State accountability rating of A (90-100) based on three domains: student achievement, school progress and closing the gaps. Scores are scaled from 0 to 100 to align with letter grades. The school scored 94 in student achievement, 85 in school progress and 93 in closing performance gaps. Distinction designations are awarded for achievement in several areas and are based on performance relative to a group of campuses of similar type, size, grade span, and student demographics.
Clear Falls High School's one out of seven distinction is in Science. Clear View High School has no distinction.
Based on Racial/Ethnic Groups, Whites or Caucasians comprise the biggest group at Clear View High School. They make up for 52.08% of student population, followed by Hispanics (34.03%), African Americans (8.33%), Two or More Races (4.17%), Asians (0.69%) and Native Americans (0.69%).
At Clear Falls High School, Whites or Caucasians are the biggest group, comprising 58.75% of student population, followed by Hispanics (26.55%), African Americans (5.33%), Two or More Races (4.97%), Asians (4.04%) and Native Americans (0.20%).
Based on household incomes, Clear View High School’s economically disadvantaged students is significantly higher at 38.19% compared to 18.62% at Clear Falls High School.
In terms of Limited English Proficiency (LEP), a term used in the United States that refers to a person who is not fluent in the English Language, mainly because it is not their native language, Clear View High School has 5 English Language Learners or ELLS or about 3.47% of student population. Clear Falls High School has significantly more ELLs at 88 or about 3.52% of student population.
In addition, Clear View High School has 2.78% bilingual students, 5.56% are in the gifted and talented program, while 11.11% are in the special education program. This stacks up against Clear Falls High School with 3.04% bilingual students, 13.42% gifted and talented students and 9.45% students in the special education program.
Clear View High School's 21 teachers have been working at the campus for an average of 9.5 years with individual teaching experience averaging nearly 14.9 years. Clear Falls High School's 150 teachers have been working at the campus for an average of 7 years with individual teaching experience averaging close to 11.1 years.
