Clear Horizons Early College High School's three out of seven distinctions are in Reading/English Language Arts (ELA), Mathematics and post-secondary. Clear Brook High School has no distinction.
Based on Racial/Ethnic Groups, Hispanics comprise the biggest group at Clear Brook High School. They make up for 38.76% of student population, followed by Whites or Caucasians (26.40%), Asians (19.79%), African Americans (10.58%), Two or More Races (4.21%) and Native Americans (0.12%).
The student population at Clear Horizons Early College High School is also predominantly by Hispanics at 39.18%, followed by Asians (26.92%), Whites or Caucasians (19.23%), African Americans (10.34%) and Two or More Races (4.09%). There is no Native Americans student in the school.
Based on household incomes, the Clear Brook High School’s economically disadvantaged students is significantly lower at 36.24% compared to 51.20% at Clear Horizons Early College High School.
In terms of Limited English Proficiency (LEP), a term used in the United States that refers to a person who is not fluent in the English Language, mainly because it is not their native language, Clear Brook High School has a significantly higher number of English Language Learners comprising 5.95% of its student population compared to 4.57% at Clear Horizons Early College High School.
Clear Brook High School’s bilingual students comprise 5.50%, gifted and talented students, 13.02%, while 12.40% are in the special education program. Clear Horizons Early College High School bilingual students comprise 4.57%, gifted and talented students, 10.34%, and 0.48% are in the special education program.
