J P Starks Elementary School's seven out of seven distinctions are in Reading/English Language Arts (ELA), Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, post-secondary, with 25% student progress and 25% closing performance gaps. Anson Jones Elementary School has no distinction.
Based on Racial/Ethnic Groups, the dominant group in Anson Jones Elementary School is Hispanics who make up nearly 95.87% of student population, followed by African Americans (1.77%), Whites or Caucasians (1.18%), Asians (0.39%), Native Americans (0.39%) and Two or More Races (0.39%).
At J P Starks Elementary School, African Americans are the biggest group, comprising 60.42% of student population, followed by Hispanics (32.92%), Asians (2.50%), Two or More Races (2.50%), Whites or Caucasians (1.25%) and Native Americans (0.42%).
