I am a knowledgeable and experienced licensed real estate appraiser, specializing in rural properties (homes and land) north of the Houston metro area. I have spent the majority of my professional career in the appraisal business, and I am continually furthering my education through various appraiser continuing education courses and seminars. I am committed to adhering to the rules set forth by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. Emily and her husband have lived in the Lake Livingston area for 8 years and currently reside in Point Blank. In her free time Emily enjoys walking her three dogs, exercising, entertaining friends and spending quality time with her husband and four-year-old daughter.

We finally found one we loved after looking for almost 2 years and closed in March of 2020. The search for a lake house of our own and the resulting constant trips up to view properties has made me very familiar with the area in a hurry! In October of 2020 my family moved up to the lake full time! I have been married since 1997 and I have 2 great kids, Michael and Kaitlee. I have 5 cats and a great dane named Luna.
