Hi my name is Danial Semar. I've lived in a lot of amazing places in my life and I've done a lot of fun things for a living. I've spent 15 years of my life touring the country with the Professional Bull Riders as an entertainment technician.

I landed in Real Estate more on a bet than anything, but wow did it ever change my life! I found that I loved helping people sell their homes! I got hungry to learn more about it all, and I dove deep into learning how to properly price homes to get them to sell quickly and bring the most profit. I've taken appraisal classes, I continuously study the local market area and it's pricing trends, and I'm always talking to folks and getting a feel for where our market area is headed.

New Jersey Native, Anjanette Stehlgens grew up at the shore area in Seaside Park, NJ. Prior to her career in real estate, Anjanette spent a majority of her adult career in the sales side of the medical field. She has a proven background in sales, first-hand knowledge of what makes houses work, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. When she made the decision to become a Realtor, it was an obvious step in the right direction and Anjanette has never looked back. Jennifer has been a Cleveland area resident for 33 years and graduated from Shepherd High School. She also received an Associate of Science from Lone Star College in Kingwood as well as her real estate certification from the Champions School of Real Estate. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as helping people and being involved with the community and her church, The Sanctuary, in Cleveland. Jennifer is married with three children, 1 girl and 2 boys, which keeps her involved with the school functions and sports. She joined our Cameron Real Estate team in March of 2019, but has been involved in the housing industry for several years by working with her husband in their home construction business, Majestic Homes.
