Mrs. Sheryl was the perfect realtor for our family and situation and would be for anyone! We found her online and reached out and she was on it from day one! With all of our back and forth and deciding from planning a big move in the following summer to making a big move only 3 months after we called her she never missed a step. When we called her we knew nothing about buying a house besides that was the next move for us and she walked us through everything. Mrs. Sheryl made sure we had all the resources we needed and made sure we never settled on anything and we ended up in the perfect first home for our family. She is far more than just your average realtor she becomes your friend, truly your “Houston Homegirl”!!!
Ashanti each and every client a priority! She will utilize her resources and exhausts all options to assist you! Her drive and passion are unmatched! I enjoy learning and working alongside her! Thanks Ashanti!
I was recently the lender for one of Greg buyers. Greg was an absolute pro and great to work with. It was a smooth closing, and Ill look forward to another transaction with him. If youre working with Greg, youre definitely in great hands!
We met Ashanti from a referral from a broker we were working with during the finance pre approval process. We had been working with a Texas realtor, but they were lacking a positive work ethic. Nevertheless, this is anything but true about Ashanti. She had worked through any problem, any obstacle, anything that could possibly arise during our real estate transaction. She supported us like no other, and saw our real estate transaction through to a successful closing. Our experience: We were making a move from Washington to Texas. We had just sold our home in Washington, and had been living in extended stays since early April 2022. We flew to the Houston area, and initially put offers on three homes, all of which got beat out even though we offered above asking price. Reason for this was because we were using a VA loan, which required an appraisal and inspection. The appraisal cant be waived as part of the VA offer. Nevertheless, Ashanti had no quit in her vocabulary. After flying back to Seattle with three offers falling through, Ashanti found us a beautiful new home on a private Country Club golf course that checked all the boxes. We immediately put in a full price offer. They accepted. We were moving towards a June 18th closing. We had to change financing as well. Ashanti referred to a mortgage company who agreed to work on our behalf. Darrell at Cherry Creek mortgage in Kingwood TX was professional, kind, and really worked hard to see our loan through to final approval and closing. Our new closing date was now scheduled for June 27th. So we packed our stuff in a 27 foot Penske truck and drove 49 hours across the country from Washington to Texas. We traveled with two dogs and a kid in tow. Due to mountain ranges to cross, the truck would only go 45 miles an hour up the hills causing a much longer trip. We arrived June 27th, but due to one piece of paperwork needed to be supplied by the seller to the title company, closing was once again delayed. I had to fly back to Seattle, leaving my family at another extended stay. Still without a home, the following week Ashanti tirelessly kept pressure on the seller to fulfill their obligations. On June 6th, the title company finally received all the paperwork in order to close the next day. We went to the title company, and signed closing paperwork. Ashanti contacted movers on our behalf, moving everything into our home. I had to make my flight back to Seattle before 4:00 PM the day of closing.. It was now 1:00 PM. During signing we realized there were no physical U.S. Bank locations in Texas. This is where our money was to be wired in order to close. After contacting my main branch in Washington, they refused to wire my money without me being physically present. No surprise there.. Ashanti never ceased to come up with solutions, or deviated from the closing process. Ashanti contacted multiple members of the U.S. bank and they agreed to perform a remote wire transfer. Because of Ashantis no give in or give up attitude, our home is officially closed. We got keys to our beautiful new home in Conroe TX thanks to Ashanti, and Cherry Creek mortgage! I cant begin to describe or express my gratitude. I am grateful that Ashanti was referred to us. She was an Angel in disguise. She worked tirelessly on our behalf. Additionally, she doesnt forget about her clients after closing or after the deal is done. She continues to work on our behalf. I would give Ashanti my highest rating on every level of service as a real estate agent. Thank you Ashanti for never giving up on her move across the country, and helping us get our dream home! My God bless you and your family Respectfully, Rob & Tiffany & Dillon
