Cecil Weeks, a native Houstonian, has chosen to return to his "hometown" after residing in New York City (Manhattan) for twelve years. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University and began his career in New York with Avon Products, Inc. taking charge of the 'logical' most efficient shipment of Avon's finished goods from their manufacturing site to their various national and international distribution centers

Cecil's decision to enter the world of real estate was met with huge success. In his first year he was named "Rookie of the year". 2011 - #1 Agent, 2011 – Largest Rental Deal, 2012 - #2 Manhattan Agent, 2013 - #2 Manhattan Agent, 2014 - #3 Manhattan Agent. His success continued as he completed his New York real estate career with the outstanding brokerage firm, Douglas Elliman.

He is a very firm believer in minimizing surprises, speedbumps and disappointment.
