Hey There, I'm Candace! I'm a realtor, amateur blogger, digital marketing guru, a lover of timeless fashion, a born and raised Texas girl, and an old soul that would rather be reading if left to my own devices. Most days you can find me working from home with a coffee in my hand, and a toddler with scattered toys at my feet, I'm a dog mom to the sweetest bird dog Finn and a wife to my wonderful husband Beau. I'm a big believer in living life walking by faith not sight, and I believe God has a plan that works divinely through others as we are all connected. I serve people who are looking to move to a place where they can feel safe raising their families and have a fulfilled life here. I am lucky to show them how Brenham or Bellville can be that place for them. As a Realtor, I've been featured on the Moms in Real Estate Podcast where I explained how I utilize video as a means to educate and empower my local community. I'm a closet home decor hoarder which comes at a benefit to my clients as I have a secret love of staging homes and interior design. When I'm not busy working on negotiating contracts or looking at pictures of homes you can catch me Chasing a toddler around outside, riding backroads in my husband's jeep (which terrifies me to drive because it's a stick shiftyikes), or probably ordering something off of Target or Amazon! Cathy Cole’s clients benefit from over two decades of her experience buying and selling private residences and some of the region’s most spectacular farms and ranches. After living in Southern California, London, Italy, Africa, the Middle East and Houston, Cathy settled with her family in Brenham over thirty years ago. She understands the needs of clients who want to purchase a property on the other side of the Brazos River and those who are relocating to the other side of an ocean. Energetic and enterprising, Cathy provides personalized service for buyers and sellers and finds the right property for each client. Her job is only complete when the buyer or seller is satisfied. Cathy treasures each client, but she is especially proud of the dozens of individuals and families who have trusted her to manage their real estate transactions multiple times. Her dedication to the “country life” and work for clients buying and selling amazing rural properties earned her the honor of serving as Secretary of the Texas REALTORS® Land Institute, the most trusted, accomplished and highest performing land experts across the state. Cathy serves on the Realtors Land Institute’s Government Affairs Committee for the National Association of Realtors. She is also a founding member of the Texas Land Brokers Network, an organization dedicated to networking and education of land professionals. Cathy has also been on the Political Involvement Committees Board for the Texas Association of Realtors. Cathy says the best advice she ever received was to “be honest and love my work.”

Cathy’s own colleagues recognize and respect her dedication to both her personal and professional integrity, which was why she was asked to serve on the Texas Association of REALTORS®’ Professional Standards Committee. A dedicated mother and grandmother, Cathy believes that strong communities begin at home. Cathy has also volunteered countless hours to charities to help ensure that Washington County and surrounding areas are better places to live and work. “Come Home to your heritage” is Cathy’s belief and extends to her clients.

Savannah Schulz Gutierrez is a third generation resident of Washington County and has grown up working in her family's construction business. She graduated from Brenham High School, earned an AA degree from Blinn College and a BA degree in Business from Sam Houston State University in 2008. She has been in the real estate business since 2005 and has enjoyed helping many people make their dreams come true by becoming homeowners. Her construction industry background provides her additional insight and creativity into possibilities for remodeling projects as well as new construction projects. She is active in the community through volunteer outreach programs like Washington County Ladies Lions, PTO, member of the Christ Lutheran Church, the American Legion Auxiliary and the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary. Savannah is married with three kids, and two dogs.
