Shelly Moschak, a native Houstonian, escaped the traffic and city life and moved to the more relaxed lifestyle of the Brenham countryside in 2003. She has enjoyed her real estate career ever since, and enjoyed being the Broker/Owner of 5 Star Country Properties for 10 years. In 2017 she partnered with Legend Texas Properties, where she enjoys the collaboration of other talented professionals who share her business practices and integrity.

Shelly had experienced "Corporate America" and "glass ceilings", so she made the transition into real estate for a simple reason: "I wanted to build a career around my life, not a life around my career." Kay has been actively selling real estate in Houston for over 38 years. Upon graduating high school she followed in her families footsteps and attended/graduated from the University of Mississippi,with a BBA in Marketing. Shortly thereafter she pursued her love for real estate and obtained her license while studying and interning in college. Kay moved to Houston and became one of the youngest real estate brokers at the age of 22 in 1982. During the oil bust in 1986, Kay started her first company that specialized in lender-owned properties.
In 1992 she joined the global company, RE/MAX as an associate broker. Kay has a referral-heavy client base, noting that her longevity in the industry has bolstered her reputation as a trusted expert in the field. Over the years, she has obtained the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Luxury Home Market Specialist (CLHMS), and is currently working towards her Accredited Land Consultant designation (ALC) with the Realtors Land Institute. She added a new dimension of her business in 2016, country homes and ranch sales in the Bellville, Brenham areas when she moved from the city to the country.
Kay is a longtime member of the RE/MAX 100% club, RE/MAX Plantinum Club and has been inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. She is a member of HAR and has a 4.92-star rating on the 5-star HAR,and has been praised for her attentiveness,enthusiasm,knowledge and hard work in making a smooth transaction for her clients.

Real estate came naturally over the years, and being a realtor and serving others is something I truly enjoy! My husband and I own Hydro Link Irrigation and Wood Landscaping & Irrigation. Being self-employed with multiple businesses, I know what it is to work hard. I personally understand the challenges the road to home ownership can bring. A few more fun facts about me: I feel blessed to have had two careers in my lifetime thus far. I graduated from Texas A&M University '02 with a degree in education. As a former teacher, I am still active in the community within the school district and in our local church. I was raised locally to this area, and my husband, Jordan, and I couldn't imagine raising our three girls anywhere but here. In my free time, you can find me enjoying the outdoors while walking my dogs, gardening, hiking, camping with my family, and driving through the countryside to take in the beautiful views.

Savannah Schulz Gutierrez is a third generation resident of Washington County and has grown up working in her family's construction business. She graduated from Brenham High School, earned an AA degree from Blinn College and a BA degree in Business from Sam Houston State University in 2008. She has been in the real estate business since 2005 and has enjoyed helping many people make their dreams come true by becoming homeowners. Her construction industry background provides her additional insight and creativity into possibilities for remodeling projects as well as new construction projects. She is active in the community through volunteer outreach programs like Washington County Ladies Lions, PTO, member of the Christ Lutheran Church, the American Legion Auxiliary and the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary.
