Houstonians are very hard workers so it goes with out saying that we also like to play hard!!  Then living in a location that keeps us close to the places we like to go and things we enjoy to do becomes so important.  Houston is one of the best cities for entertainment and enjoying life in a variety of ways.  There is so much to see and do, the endless opportunities keeps you always engaged.  But with the greatness of our city also comes the horror of traffic...anytime, all the time, traffic!!  So many are now choosing to find a place to live in the city that would keep them close to work and play.  To be walking or biking distances from the center of it all is but a dream...or is it?

Imagine being close enough to the Houston teams sports arenas such as Toyota Center and Minute Maid Park and BBVA Stadium, downtown Houston, the GRB Convention Center, the Theater Arts District, the night spots, Discovery Green that you could bike over if you choose.  What about being just a short 5 min walk from the up and coming East River Development (a brilliant mix of restaurants, office space, retail, entertainment and recreational development that recently broke ground, to be a 150 acres water front district development).  Picture yourself taking a Saturday stroll over to Esplanade on Navigation where they hold weekly Farmers Markets, weekend festivals, and have several locally owned and unique restaurants.

www.464NorthLiveOakStreet.com available on the market in the heart of the City will place you right where you can live, work, and play!!  Come check out this beautiful place and the opportunity to make your home in the center of it ALL!
