The Pointe is located on a small peninsula on the west shore of Lake Woodlands. The entrance to this gated neighborhood is located on East Panther Creek. Defined as custom leisure homes, prices range from $600,000 to $1million plus. Built between 1999 and 2003, the homes range in size from 3,500 to 4,900 square feet. This neighborhood is the ultimate in location and privacy.
