The Woodlands Town Center
John Pew, General Manager of The Woodlands Mall, has announced that The Woodlands Mall, owned by General Growth Properties (GGP), has been named to the company’s list of America’s Premier Shopping Places, the nation’s most unique collection of tourism-oriented shopping centers located throughout the United States.

The Woodlands Mall and other premier shopping places cater to both domestic and international travelers. All visitors to America’s Premier Shopping Places are eligible to receive a Premier Passport filled with shopping and dining savings, special offers and amenities. Vouchers are provided in multiple languages by travel agents and tour operators or may be downloaded and printed from America’s Premier Shopping Places’ website at www.AmericasShoppingPlaces.com.

“More and more, The Woodlands Mall is becoming a shopping destination for international travelers from Mexico, South America, Canada and other areas throughout the world,” said Pew. “With our proximity to Bush Intercontinental Airport, The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel and Convention Center, The Woodlands Resort and Conference Center, plus the surrounding residential communities, The Woodlands Mall is a natural spot for visitors to come and shop, dine and enjoy their vacations. We are pleased to join this select group of GGP shopping centers.”
