New Builders Join West Ranch Builder Line-Up!
Friendswood Development Company has announced that Toll Brothers and Partners in Building are joining the West Ranch builder line-up.
Toll Brothers, a Fortune 1000 company, is a national builder that has been building communities for over 40 years. The company has won the three most coveted awards in the home building industry: America's Best Builder, National Builder of the Year, and the National Housting Quality Awards. Toll Brothers recently came into the Houston market and will be building on 80 foot homesites in the Creekside section of West Ranch.
With over 50 years of experience, Partners in Building has become one of the most well-respected custom home builders in Texas. Partners in Building will build in The Estates in West Ranch; huge 120' estate homesites. Their sales office will open in July.
Highland Homes just recently opened their new model home in the 80' Creekside section of West Ranch. New homesites are available to build on now and are going fast! All of the lots in the new sections are now 130' deep!
