Dr. VanWingen mentions data that supports how long the virus can live outside the body (3 hours), on cardboard (1 hour) and on plastic/metal services (3 days).

He stresses the different ways on santization that you can do, when entering the Grocery Store and what to do before bringing the grocery bags into your home.

We should all take note that besides the Grocery Stores, when picking up our mail if we can wear gloves, or have a cloth over the mail when touching and opening it up. Then, washing our hands right after with warm water and soap.

Parks also, where there are metal bars and benches, we need to refrain from touching or sitting on those.

Please watch this short video for more detailed information from Dr. VanWingen.

I hope this video can help everyone! :-)
