OK - another vabulous "deal" in Avalon Place. This house has an OK elevation and a fabulous interior. I don't know if the owner has moved yet but the home is decorated beautifully and shows really well! The backyard is ample and the rear elevation is like a doll house. 2402 Locke Lane is a must see...and at this value you'll need to buy it!

Again, these "best value picks" are compltely impartial. This house is not be listing and not even with my broker.
