Diane

Good Neighbor, Diane Fitzpatrick, spends her free time picking up trash in our community while taking a walk. Thank you Diane for setting an example by keeping our community clean and encouraging others to take pride in Cross Creek Ranch.

Did you know that the presence of litter in a community takes a toll on quality of life, property values, and housing prices? The Keep America Beautiful 2009 National Visible Litter Survey and Litter Cost Study found that litter in a community decreases property values 7%.

Cross Creek at the Fulshear St. Patrick’s Day Street Party

The City of Fulshear and the Central Fort Bend Chamber Alliance sponsored the 2nd Annual Downtown Street Party on Wednesday, March 17, 2010. It was a very successful and well attended event.

Cross Creek Ranch was there and ready to party in their festive green attire with one member sporting a flashy green hair piece. This great event brought in all ages and even some adorably festive pets. There were many merchant tables and lots of free goodies as well as live music by Sugar Land Brass Co.

Pictured from left to right are Tammy McCall, Charisse Guidry (both from the Cross Creek Ranch Welcome Center), Donna Lamb (Cross Creek Ranch Welcome Center Manager), Gail Parker (President & CEO of the Central Fort Bend Chamber Alliance) & Joy Dowell (Vice President of the Central Fort Bend Chamber Alliance).
